Animal abuse sadly seems to be on the increase here and needs to be stamped out, there should be tougher penaltiehanded down, it angers me to see that kind of thing. Cats have a very strong will to survive but unfortunately just like us , such a trauma like that leaves dammaging mental scars that last a lifetime
